When will I receive my order?

Order will ship 2-3 weeks after the store closes.

What about exchanges, returns, & other issues?

All orders are printed in a batch, so no extras are available for exchange and making a single custom piece is very costly.

 

For misprints, the garment must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. A misprint is defined as a defect that is a direct result of a production error at Floodway.

 

We cannot exchange or refund items due to:

  • Sizing Errors (i.e. choosing wrong sizes)
  • Customization Errors (i.e. entering wrong name or number for customization)
  • Shipping and Address Errors (i.e. entering wrong address for delivery)
  • Customer Dissatisfaction (i.e. doesn’t like colour or material)

 

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Customers may cancel orders at any time before the store’s closing date.
